Rare Roots Hospitality Group is a family, and we consider our entire Charlotte community to be a part of that. Community Roots is our initiative to allow and encourage our employees to work with local organizations dedicated to community improvement and helping those in need. For each hour our employees donate, we give back to them in the form of gift cards to treat themselves and others.
