At Rare Roots Hospitality, communal gatherings and festive events are our forte. Our family of restaurants span the Charlotte area from Huntersville all the way down to Waverly, allowing us to cater to your needs no matter your location or destination. Each space offers customizable room configurations suitable for both intimate social gatherings to large corporate outings, along with video equipment and complimentary valet parking. We look forward to providing a memorable experience for you and your guests.
Dressler’s at The Metropolitan offers two private dining spaces, providing capacity for up to 75 guests for a seated event and up to 100 guests for a cocktail-style reception. With access to Dressler’s Restaurant’s expansive patio nestled along the Little Sugar Creek Greenway, guests will enjoy one of the best skyline views Charlotte has to offer while they mingle and dine.
The original Dressler’s Restaurant at Birkdale Village offers an upscale, yet comfortable setting for your next event. The private room seats up to 48 guests.
Fin & Fino’s two private dining spaces offer capacity for 24 – 80 guests with access to rare, outdoor patio space in Uptown Charlotte. Choose from our cocktail party and plated lunch or dinner menus, or allow the chef to curate your event with an all out feasting we like to call “The Treatment.”
Rare Roots Hospitality’s modern chophouse at Waverly provides the most private dining spaces of all of our restaurants, along with a semi-private area. Three private rooms offer capacity for 18 – 120 guests, while the semi-private area can accommodate up to 27 guests.
While Dogwood does not have a designated private dining space, the restaurant offers full restaurant and bar buyouts for dinners and cocktail-style gatherings. You’ll work with our culinary and beverage teams to craft a custom menu and beverage offerings.
